 Introducing our Arts Practitioner Team

  • Zac Hackett

    ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

    Following many years in the industry working as a singer, dancer and actor, Zac joined TramShed in January 2007, to pursue his love for inclusive theatre. He began writing the music and scripts for the creative projects and throughout his time has written many creative programmes to showcase members. He is head of funding and ensures the organisation continues to develop and thrive, realising visions to ultimately become self-sustainable. Zac currently leads the Company as Artistic Director, guiding a team of dynamic and talented Arts Practitioners.

  • Tina Murray

    SENIOR ARTS PRACTITIONER

    After graduating from University of Cumbria with a Foundation Degree in Teaching and Learning Primary, Tina has worked in several Primary schools over the past 25 years and has experience from Nursery, KS1 and KS2 to working with KS4 boys in a SEMH school. Her wealth of experience within the education sector and diverse roles working with individuals of all backgrounds, meant that she was promoted to Senior Arts Practitioner in 2015.

  • Eve Ellison

    ARTS PRACTITIONER & WORKSHOP LEAD

    Eve graduated from the University of Cumbria in 2014 with a Joint Honours in Musical Theatre Performance and Drama Performance. Eve is very passionate about communication, inclusion and equality. Eve is excited to encourage our members to grow and develop artistically.

  • Emma Rucastle

    ARTS PRACTITIONER & OUTREACH LEAD

    Emma is a professional theatre practitioner who has an MA in Theatre Directing from Middlesex University, a BA (Hons) in English Literature with Theatre Studies and MA by Research in Women’s Roles in Shakespeare’s Theatre. Emma is very excited about being part of TramShed’s team, as she is passionate about inclusive theatre and is very keen to explore new ways of working in the community. Emma is also a trained Arts Award facilitator.

  • Sophie England

    ARTS PRACTITIONER

    Sophie graduated from Bishop Grosseteste University in Lincoln with a BA (Hons) in Special Educational needs and inclusion with applied drama, before moving back to Blackpool to work with a local charity, supporting children and young people with additional needs. Sophie has been part of the TramShed family for a number of years and is excited to join the Artistic Team to help deliver the inclusive work.

  • Liz Wilkinson

    ARTS PRACTITIONER

    Liz has a BA (Hons) in Drama and Theatre Studies and is now a professional theatre practitioner and singer. Having worked internationally, she is now focused on sharing her passion for inclusive theatre and fostering creativity with all involved at TramShed.

  • Kenton Craig

    ARTS PRACTITIONER

    Kenton joined TramShed in 2023 having graduated from Rose Bruford College with a Masters’ Degree in Professional Acting. Kenton spent a full career in the military and then police service before having a change of direction into the performing arts industry, where he is now a professional actor and writer. Kenton is excited to join the TramShed team and is keen to help the membership develop confidence and gain life experience through the use of drama and the arts.

  • Coz Tams

    ARTS PRACTITIONER

    Coz is a professional Dance Artist with a background in creating and facilitating dance and movement work in a variety of theatrical and community settings. Gaining a BA(Hons) in Dance Performance and Teaching, sharpened her focus on safe dance practice and inclusivity. Coz is eager to share her passion for movement with the members and team.

  • Cameron Murray

    ARTS PRACTITIONER

    Cameron graduated in 2023 with a 2:1 in Acting from The University of Lancaster. Cameron’s background is primarily in acting, with a focus on naturalism and a variety of other disciplines. Aside from acting, Cameron is also a versatile string musician. Cameron is passionate in helping to create pieces that combine multiple disciplines to cultivate an inclusive, equal and enjoyable environment to allow all participants to grow and develop their own artistic practice.
